Shaft, gear, rack, worm, etc. Welding parts should be preheated before welding and stress-relieving annealing after welding.

2, Q235A (A3 steel) - the most commonly used carbon structural steel

Main features: high plasticity, toughness and welding performance, cold stamping performance, as well as a certain strength, good cold bending performance. Application examples: Widely used in general requirements of parts and welding structures. Such as tension rod, connecting rod, pin, shaft, screw, nut, ring, bracket, frame, building structure, bridge and so on.

3, 40Cr - one of the most widely used steel, alloy structural steel

Main features: After quenching and tempering treatment, it has good comprehensive mechanical properties, low temperature impact toughness and low notch sensitivity, good hardenability, higher fatigue strength can be obtained when oil is cold, complex shape parts are easy to crack when water is cold, cold bending plasticity is medium, cutting machinability is good after tempering or tempering, but weldability is not good, easy to crack, and should be preheated to 100 ~ 150℃ before welding. It is generally used in the tempered state, and can also be carbonitriding and high-frequency surface quenching treatment. Application examples: After tempering treatment, it is used to manufacture parts with medium speed and medium load, such as machine tool gear, shaft, worm, spline shaft, thimble sleeve, etc. After tempering and high-frequency surface quenching, it is used to manufacture parts with high surface hardness and wear resistance, such as gear, shaft, spindle, crankshaft, spindle, sleeve, dowel, connecting rod, screw and nut, air intake valve, etc. After quenching and medium temperature tempering, it is used to manufacture heavy duty, medium speed impact parts, such as oil pump rotor, slider, gear, spindle, sleeve ring, etc. After quenching and low temperature tempering, it is used to manufacture heavy duty, low impact, wear-resistant parts, such as worm, spindle, shaft, sleeve ring, etc., carbonitriding place is after manufacturing large size, low temperature impact toughness of higher transmission parts, such as shaft, gear, etc.
4, HT150 - gray cast iron

6, 65Mn - commonly used spring steel

Application examples: small size of various flat, round springs, cushion springs, spring spring, can also be made spring ring, valve spring, clutch spring, brake spring, cold coil spring, spring and so on.

7, 0Cr18Ni9 - the most commonly used stainless steel (US steel No. 304, Japan steel No. SUS304)

Characteristics and application: As a stainless heat-resistant steel is most widely used, such as food equipment, general chemical equipment, originally used in industrial equipment.

8, Cr12 - commonly used cold work die steel (US steel No. D3, Japan steel No. SKD1)

Characteristics and applications: Cr12 steel is a widely used cold work die steel, which is a high-carbon and high-chromium Letenite steel. The steel has good hardenability and good wear resistance. Because the carbon content of Cr12 steel is as high as 2.3%, the impact toughness is poor, it is easy to crack, and it is easy to form uneven eutectic carbide. Due to its good wear resistance, Cr12 steel is mostly used in the manufacture of cold stamping dies, punches, blanking dies, cold heading dies, cold extrusion dies, drill sleeves, gauges, wire drawing dies, stamping dies, wire rolling plates, drawing dies and cold pressing dies for powder metallurgy.
9, DC53 - commonly used cold work die steel imported from Japan

Characteristics and application: high strength and toughness cold working die steel, Japan Datong Special steel (Co., LTD.) steel number. After tempering at high temperature, it has high hardness, high toughness and good wire-cutting performance. For precision cold stamping die, drawing die, rolling die, cold blanking die, punch, etc. 10, SM45 -- ordinary carbon plastic die steel (Japan steel number S45C)

10, DCCr12MoV - wear-resistant chromium steel

Compared with Cr12 steel, the carbon content is lower, and the addition of Mo and V, the uneven carbide has been improved,MO can reduce the segregation of carbide and improve the hardenability,V can refine the grain to increase toughness. The steel has high hardenability, the cross section can be completely quenched below 400mm, can still maintain good hardness and wear resistance at 300~400℃, has high toughness compared with Cr12, the volume change during quenching is small, and has high wear resistance and good comprehensive mechanical properties. Therefore, it can manufacture a large cross-section, complex shape, and withstand a large impact of various molds, such as ordinary drawing die, punching die, punching die, blanking die, cutting die, piping die, drawing die, cold extrusion die, cold cutting scissors, circular saw, standard tools, measuring tools, etc.

11, SKD11 - ductile chromium steel

Japan Hitachi plant production. The casting structure in the steel is improved and the grain is refined. Compared with Cr12mov, the toughness and wear resistance are improved. The service life of the mold is extended.

12, D2 -- high carbon and high chromium cold work steel

Made in the United States. With high hardenability, hardenability, wear resistance, high temperature oxidation resistance, good rust resistance after quenching and polishing, small heat treatment deformation, it is appropriate to manufacture a variety of requirements of high precision, long life of cold work molds, tools and measuring tools, such as drawing die, cold extrusion die, cold shear knife, etc.

13, SKD11(SLD) - non-deformation toughness high chromium steel

Japan Hitachi plant production. Due to the increase of MO and V content in the steel, the casting structure in the steel is improved, the grain is refined, and the carbide morphology is improved, so the strength and toughness of the steel (bending strength, deflection, impact toughness, etc.) is higher than SKD1 and D2, the wear resistance is also increased, and it has higher tempering resistance. The practice proves that the life of this steel die is higher than that of Cr12mov. Often make high requirements of the mold, such as tensile die, impact wheel die, etc.
14, DC53 - high toughness high chromium steel

Japan large plant type production. Heat treatment hardness is higher than SKD11. High temperature (520-530) after tempering can reach 62-63HRC high hardness, DC53 exceeds SKD11 in strength and wear resistance. Twice as strong as SKD11. The toughness of DC53 rarely cracks and cracks in cold work mold manufacturing. The service life is greatly improved. The residual stress is small. The residual stress is reduced by turning back at high temperature. Because the cracks and deformation after wire cutting are suppressed. Machinability and abrasiveness exceed SKD11. Used for precision stamping dies, cold forging, deep drawing dies, etc.

15, SKH-9 - wear resistance, toughness of general high speed steel

Japan Hitachi plant production. For cold forging die, cutting machine, drill, reamer, punch, etc.

16, ASP-23 - powder metallurgy high speed steel

Made in Sweden. Carbide distribution is very uniform, wear resistance, high toughness, easy processing, heat treatment size stability. Used for long life cutting tools such as punches, deep drawing dies, drill dies, milling cutters and shear blades.

17, P20 - general requirements of the size of the plastic mold

Made in USA. Electrically corroded. Pre-hardening HB270-300. Quenching hardness HRC52.

18, 718 - high demand size plastic mold

Made in Sweden. Especially electric corrosion operation. Pre-hardening HB290-330. Quenching hardness HRC52
