On January 3, the author passed the Baoti Road of Baoji High-tech Zone, and saw that most of the stores dotted along the street were bearing the word "titanium" and sold various titanium alloy materials in the store. Not far away, in the wire factory of Baoji Titanium Industry Co., LTD., which belongs to Baoji Titanium Group, on the first titanium and titanium alloy hot continuous rolling production line independently designed and developed in China, the rod billet with a diameter of 150 mm is heated, rolled, drawn, annealed and other processes to become a disk wire with a diameter of only 0.8 mm.
Baoji City is known as China's titanium Valley. Here gathered various types of titanium enterprises more than 600 households, the production of titanium and titanium alloy accounted for about 65% of the national output. Every day, thousands of titanium products from Baoji into the national aerospace, ships, salt, chemical, electric power, medical, new energy and other fields.

In the center of the exhibition hall, the 1:1 model of the manned capsule "Striver" attracts attention. It vividly shows the profound scientific research strength and technical competence of Baoti Group. Titanium alloy hemisphere thickness, single weight, electron beam weld thickness and other technical indicators have broken the domestic record, withstood the test of 10,000 meters of huge pressure in the Mariana Trench.
