It is reported that in order to ensure the processing quality of titanium composite plate tank, before processing, materials and the environment should be protected and cleaned, the specific management practices are as follows:

1. Materials:

1. Each material, including welding materials, shall meet the requirements specified in drawings and relevant technical standards.

2. Material management:

(1) The surface of the titanium plate and the cladding of the composite plate should be protected by paper film to avoid pollution by dirt, oil, iron ions and other dirt, and also to avoid scratches on the surface of the titanium material during handling or processing.

(2) Titanium and titanium composite plate should be stored separately from other materials, and the storage environment should be kept clean, clean wood cushion should be used at the bottom of the material (to ensure no hardware such as nails), and the upper part is covered with plastic sheet.

(3) Each handling equipment and forming equipment, such as bending machines, presses and lifting fixtures, shall be cleaned. Burrs, notches and other defects that cause surface damage and contamination of titanium on the equipment should be locally polished and polished. If necessary, in order to protect the titanium surface from damage and contamination, it should be properly covered during the use of the equipment.

(4) When welding, the titanium surface must be protected with a clean and soft mat or felt to avoid welding damage to the surface.
2. Manufacturing environment:

1, the welding and assembly of titanium composite plate tank should be carried out in a clean workshop. Welding or assembly is strictly prohibited in areas with iron and dust to avoid contamination by iron ions or other dirt. Rubber or other soft materials should be laid on site to avoid hitting and scratching the titanium surface. Clean up the site regularly and remove debris.

2, tools in contact with titanium should be made of titanium or aluminum. The use of stainless steel tools in small quantities requires process approval before use.

3, the personnel working in this environment should wear clean work clothes, soft soled cloth shoes or rubber shoes, keep clean. Work clothes should be kept clean, work clothes should be placed in the auxiliary room of the cleaning workshop.

4. In order to check whether the welding environment of the titanium composite plate tank meets the requirements, a phenanthroline test should be carried out in the environment before welding to avoid the presence of iron ions.
